Service Overview

Digital signatures, refined for simplicity.

电子签署,简洁而清晰。

SIGN.GL is a private electronic signature and document workflow service operated by ONE LLC It is built for sending, signing, and verifying documents in a more focused environment — one designed around defined relationships, cleaner transaction flows, and controlled access rather than open public onboarding.

Instead of behaving like a broad consumer signature marketplace, SIGN.GL is structured for document processes where clarity, integrity, and independent verification matter just as much as the act of signing itself.

Verification Process

Independent document checks, without platform access.

Supported signed files can be checked independently through our verification portal, allowing recipients, counterparties, and third parties to confirm authenticity without entering the underlying signing workflow.

Structured for controlled workflows.

Controlled Sending Access

The signing environment is reserved for approved workflows, helping document delivery remain intentional, predictable, and easier to manage over time.

Separate Verification Layer

Document authenticity can be checked independently, allowing third parties to review supported signed files without entering the private signing environment itself.

Visible Trust Materials

Operational boundaries, privacy commitments, and platform terms are kept accessible through dedicated public pages so participants can review the service with less friction.

Trust & Document Integrity

SIGN.GL is designed so that signed documents can be reviewed with confidence after completion. Integrity checks, technical metadata, and verification outputs all work together to support a clearer post-signing record.

  • Audit Trail & Traceability Each signed document is associated with a detailed audit trail recording signing events, timestamps, and technical metadata related to the signing process.
  • Document Integrity A SHA-256 cryptographic hash is generated for every signed document. Any modification after signing will immediately invalidate the integrity verification.
  • Certificate Framework Digital signatures are backed by a trusted certificate infrastructure and follow verification standards supported by major PDF readers.
  • Trusted Timestamping Signing events include reliable timestamp information, establishing an independent and cryptographically verifiable record of exactly when a signature occurred.

Data Handling & Privacy

We process document content only as needed to provide the Service, maintain audit records, support verification features, and meet legal obligations. The platform is built to support transaction workflows, not to create a public content layer around documents.

Verification Visibility: Because the verification page is designed to confirm authenticity, limited document or signing-related information may be visible to persons who possess the verification link.

Retention Policy: Verification links and records are generally retained for 90 days from the date of verification.

🏢

Operator & Jurisdiction

SIGN.GL is operated by ONE LLC, a company registered in the State of South Dakota, United States. We serve as the infrastructure provider for these signature workflows and their related verification environment.

The service is built around a simple idea: some document processes work better when they are smaller, quieter, and easier to verify rather than optimized for public scale.

🎯

Workflow Scope & Use

SIGN.GL is not positioned as a general-purpose public marketplace. It is shaped around defined relationships, controlled document handling, and a clearer separation between signing, verification, and public-facing trust information.

  • Notification Model Email and SMS are used to support transaction progress, including invitations, reminders, completion notices, and related signature updates. Communication functions as workflow infrastructure, not as a marketing channel.
  • Service Independence While we provide electronic signature tools and independent verification features, we do not provide legal advice or legal certification. Users remain responsible for determining whether the service fits their specific legal or regulatory needs.

Legal & Policy Information: Comprehensive details regarding our service scope, data handling practices, and terms of use can be found in the SIGN.GL Legal Center. By continuing to use the service or its verification tools, you acknowledge the policies outlined therein.
